Shipments arrive within 4 to 7 business days, starting from the next business day after payment. You will also receive an SMS on the phone number provided on our website (it must be a mobile number) with the tracking number of your order and the estimated delivery date.

DPD PICKUP Shipping (3-6 business days)

All order receipts must be signed as proof of delivery. From the moment of receipt, the customer becomes responsible for the order, even if it is received by someone else at the indicated address.
If the customer provides the wrong address, does not pick up the order within the stipulated time, or requests an exchange of any product, the return shipping costs are fully the buyer’s responsibility. If the customer is not at the indicated address at the time of delivery, the order will be sent to the nearest CTT post office to the indicated address, and there will be a 6 business day period to pick it up. If not picked up, the order will be returned to KIWINI the label.
Delivery times are set by the Carrier, and these estimates are based on the normal operation of all entities involved in the shipment and delivery process. All orders are dispatched promptly by KIWINI the label; however, due to factors beyond KIWINI the label’s control, delivery by the Carrier may occasionally experience slight delays due to transportation limitations.
NOTE: KIWINI the label is not responsible for any presumed delays in dispatch by the Carrier.
NOTE: Slight delays may occur during holiday seasons or promotional campaign periods (due to the exponential increase in orders), so we cannot guarantee that the stated delivery time will be met.
