Our Journey
We are dedicated to making you shine on special days, but how did it all start?
We started out as a multi-brand store but we always had a thing for formal wear, which at the time already accounted for 30% of our annual stock.
In 2018, we took our first steps towards creating our own exclusive products and the feedback was great. However, it took us 2 years to find the courage to take this step, abandon our old brand and create a new one from scratch.
We took a risk in 2020 , the year of the biggest pandemic of our century. It was a carousel of emotions this year, but it was the right choice and we knew it.
The greatest thrill of being in this industry is knowing that we are present at the most important events in your lives: a child’s christening, a sister’s wedding, New Year’s Eve, a prom and the end of a cycle. For Kiwini, it is important to have pieces at an affordable price, without compromising on the quality of the pieces. We are always aware of trends, without losing sight of our simple and minimalist concept, with timeless cuts adapted to the present day.
This is what we want: for you to feel beautiful, confident and empowered every time you wear our pieces.
Making and Modeling
The most important thing for us in any piece is the fitting.
We start making the patterns for our pieces months before they are launched so that they fit perfectly. Kiwini is inspired by iconic women who feel good about their bodies and that is what we create: pieces for all women who are in control of their own femininity.
Kiwini does not create to measure, but creates for real bodies, which is why the fitting is always perfect, on all body types.
